For those of you who would like a professional to work with you throughout the creative planning process.
Package includes but is not limited to:

    • 30 hours of Event Consultation
    • Theme Creation and Art Mock Ups
    • Site Inspection
    • Vendor Negotiations
    • Budgeting
    • Full-Service Management & Implementation
    • Client & Vendor Meetings
    • Also includes EVERYTHING in the “Perfect Party” Package
  1. “PERFECT PARTY” Day–Of Coordination

For those of you who want to plan your own party but need a professional to tie it all together and implement all your hard work. This package includes:

    • One hour event consultation
    • Pick up of all event items week prior
    • Event Errands (up to 20 miles free)
    • Supervision of Venue, Room Set Up, all Vendors, Timeline
    • Event Management and Troubleshooting
    • Distribution of event items, i.e. placecards, giveaways, etc.
    • Gift collection
    • Packing of Car at End of Event
    • ** for Mitzvahs Minor Child Supervision is included. For parties with over 50 children, a Party Patroller is provided at an additional cost.
